Joined Barrington Terrace in 2010 "I joined Barrington Terrace in June of 2010, moving here from my hometown of Central City, Kentucky with my finance’ James and my 13 year old daughter Taylor. My oldest daughter Tiffany is back home and happily making me a grandma in the spring. My specialty is caring for those with Alzheimer’s disease. My initial visit to Barrington Terrace was a welcoming feeling as I felt like it was home. I enjoy interacting with the residents and being able to provide them with a superior quality of life in our Evergreen neighborhood."

Joined Barrington Terrace in 2008 "I am originally from Tiffin, Ohio. I moved here with my family in 1971. I know the area pretty well and I have seen a lot of changes take place here. I graduated from Cypress Lake Senior High, which is just around the corner from our facility. I married at Shell Point Village, which is just down the road from our facility. I have four children, all married, and four grandsons, so far, who all live in the area. I have operated three Christian book stores in Southwest Florida for over 26 years, and a children's consignment shop for 1 year. When I applied for the position at our facility I was in awe of the beauty of it, the openness, the airiness and I fell in love with it and my job. I enjoy a great deal being with the residents."

Joined Barrington Terrace in 2004 "I am married and have a teenage son and three beautiful labs, Boomer, Shannie and Datsy, all named after hockey players. I am a military veteran, serving 15 years in the Army, and I am an avid golfer with a love for baseball, football and hockey as well. I enjoy interacting with the residents here at Barrington Terrace and ensuring their billing needs are taken care of."

Joined Barrington Terrace in 2011 “I married to my best friend and love of my life Tommy and mother to one daughter, Jasmine. I lived in Florida 10 years ago and recently returned back from Savannah, Georgia where I was the Executive Director and Marketing Director for an Alzheimer’s assisted living community. Over the last 12 years I’ve have been extremely active and passionate in fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Association. There is no job as fulfilling as working with the residents and their families through the process of moving their loved one into a community. I’m proud to be given the gift of caring for their most proud possession. I’m honored to be a member of the Barrington Terrace and Arbor Company Team.”

Joined Barrington Terrace in 2010. “I became part of the Barrington Terrace team first as a sever in the dining room, working my way to Dining Director and now am proud to be the Engagement Director!  I am also currently on the Safety Committee and Dementia Care Specialist Team where I serve as a trainer.  I have never thrown myself into something so much before and there  is such an emotional “pay-off” when you’re able to truly help someone and anticipate their needs. I thoroughly enjoy my place here with Barrington Terrace and the Arbor Company.  When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Benji who is a male Akita. We are currently working on becoming a therapy dog and Benji to visit with our residents from time to time.  I also love playing piano, mostly classical music but love playing other genres for our residents’ enjoyment.  If you decide to swing by be sure to say hi to me and Benji!”

Joined Barrington Terrace in 2011  "I’ve been married for 32 years and a proud father of 3 daughters. I have a Master’s degree in business management and spent 4 years in the Marine’s. I have been working in the maintenance field for over thirty years, specializing in the healthcare industry. I’m happy to be a part of the Barrington Terrace Team and enjoy helping the resident’s with their maintenance and housekeeping needs."
