"I am originally from Tiffin, Ohio. I moved here with my family in 1971. I know the area pretty well and I have seen a lot of changes take place here. I graduated from Cypress Lake Senior High, which is just around the corner from our facility. I married at Shell Point Village, which is just down the road from our facility. I have four children, all married, and four grandsons, so far, who all live in the area. I have operated three Christian book stores in Southwest Florida for over 26 years, and a children's consignment shop for 1 year. When I applied for the position at our facility I was in awe of the beauty of it, the openness, the airiness and I fell in love with it and my job. I enjoy a great deal being with the residents."
