"I am a native of Michigan and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Culinary Arts. In my previous work experience, I was the Executive Chef for the Palm Restaurant in Chicago for three years. I moved down to South Florida three years ago and worked as the Executive Chef for Charley's Crab of Ft. Lauderdale. After that, I decided to open a restaurant of my own in Coral Springs, Florida. Presently, I am living in Fort Myers to be closer to my family. I enjoy working at Barrington Terrace and will provide the best food and attentive service that our residents deserve."
