• Respite Care (Temporary Stay): Starting at $150/Day
  $175/Day for Evergreen Program
• Reservation/Admission Fee: $2,000 (one time fee)

• Medication Management: +$300/Month
• Diabetic Management: +$200/Month (to include daily blood sugaring monitoring and insulin management)

OTHER SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES:

• Additional Housekeeping and/or Laundry: +$150/Month (for residents requiring one additional thorough cleaning and/or laundry day each week)
• Emergency Alert Pendant: +$300/device
